Troškovi magacinske imovine rastu u proseku za 8,4% na globalnom nivou i 6,7% u Evropi, pri čemu je Prag izvan granica, rastući za 35,8% za godinu dana zbog izuzetno malog broja slobodnih radnih mesta

Prosečna cena skladišne imovine porasla je za 8,4% između juna 2021. i juna 2022. na 52 globalna tržišta, kaže Savills, pošto je potražnja za industrijskim i logističkim prostorom porasla u jeku pandemije. London je najskuplje skladište na tržištu skladištenja na svetu, sa vrhunskim prostorom koji košta 35 dolara po kvadratnom metru (renta, troškovi usluga i porezi), a slede Hong Kong (26 dolara) i Tokio (22 dolara).
